Blood+Bone Refund and Return Policy

To ensure a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience, please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully. This policy outlines your rights as a customer and the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are strictly accepted only if the product meets all the following criteria:

  1. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  2. The product is free from any signs of washing or cleaning, including no soap smell, dampness, or wetness.
  3. The product is free from stains, dirt, marks, odors, or any customer-caused damage such as tears, holes, missing or broken buttons, loose threads, or any defects resulting from improper use or handling.
  4. The return request is made within 10 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
  5. The product is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection, and Blood+Bone reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet the policy criteria.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (such as jewelry, belts, and hats).
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.



 

3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at [email/contact] within 3 days (for Indonesia) and 10 days (for overseas) of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to send back the product.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  5. If the return is due to reasons other than product defects or shipping errors (such as wrong size, color, or quantity ordered by the customer), the customer will bear all shipping costs involved — including shipping the product back to Blood+Bone and shipping the replacement product back to the customer’s address/country.
  6. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to avoid damage during shipment.
  7. Ship the product back to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

 


 

4. Refunds

  1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  3. Shipping fees, including the original delivery cost and return shipping, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  4. If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

 


 

5. Exchanges

  1. We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
  2. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
  3. Please note that products purchased online via our website cannot be exchanged or returned in our offline stores. Customers must first contact our Customer Service through the contact details provided.

 


 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
  3. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  4. Please wait for instructions from our Customer Service team before returning the product.

 


 

7. Abuse of Policy

  1. Blood+Bone reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect abuse or misuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated returns, signs of product use, or intentional damage.
  2. Customers found abusing the policy may be barred from future purchases.

 


 

8. Force Majeure and External Factors

  1. Blood+Bone is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues.
